Always review your email before sending it

Many times we reuse our old email or edit someone's email before we reply. It's a great practice to always review your email before you send it over. email that you send contains the zist of the work you have done.
I am not taliking about the email etiquette here, but one thing I would like to suggest you is to review your email before you press send button. Sometime we miss to delete unnecessary content or name or signature from the message we copied.
When reusing your last email, always check the subject line and remove Re: or Fw:...
